Oxford City have completed the signings of Midfielder Josh Mulvany and Striker Ashan Holgate.
24-year-old Holgate joins the club from Conference South side Maidenhead United.
The lively striker started his career with home-town club Swindon where he went on to make nine first-team appearances.
During his time at the County Ground he also spent time on loan with Basingstoke Town, Salisbury City, Newport County and Macclesfield Town.
At the start of the 2007/08 season, after being released by Swindon, he signed for Weston-super-Mare and then onto Conference South rivals Eastleigh the following November.
After a loan spell at Cirencester Town, Holgate returned to the Seagulls in March 2008.
A switch to Newport County followed in October 2009. However, his contract was terminated by the Exiles in January 2010 and he signed for Swindon Supermarine.

Mulvany , born in Oxford was at Oxford United as a YTS before joining the Youth setup at Southampton along side Theo Walcott and Gareth Bale, upon his release from Southampton he joined Wycombe Wanderers starring in their youth side along side ex-City players Ikechi Anya, James Faulkner and Steve Williams.
Mulvany’s most recent spell in English football saw him play against City in the Southern league for Didcot Town before his move to the states.
