Bea was nominated for Young Volunteer of the year to recognise her commitment and dedication at the Casuals. Having joined the Oxford City Casuals in May 2010 Bea has a real passion for working with our younger players. As a direct result of Bea's passion and energy we now have sixteen u12 registered players, having had less than five two years ago.
Bear attended the awards night on Friday 19 January 2018. More information about the event and the nominees can be found at https://www.oxspa.co.uk/osa and on the Oxford Mail website
Bea uses her warmth, humility and calm approach to inspire and motivates her players, always turning up to our weekly training sessions with a smile on her face and a spring in her step. She tailors her style to suit the individuals needs, demonstrating her inclusive nature to give every player their chance.

Ben Sheldon father to Tomas, one of our u12's players said "Bea has been an inspirational coach to my son's team over the past year, combining her empathy and personal skills with an unflappable ability to manage the challenges of players with different needs and challenges."
On behalf of everyone at the Casuals we are really proud to have Bea as one of our coaches.
We are a welcoming, friendly and fun group who take pride in helping our players be their best. We welcome support on and off the pitch so if you would like to join our award winning team please get in touch.
