Centre-half on loan from Charlton Athletic. The versatile defender joined on loan and made an instant impact with a solid debut away at Dorking Wanderers on Boxing Day 23'. Roddy came through the academy ranks at Southampton before completing a degree/continuing his football with Bradfield College. He then signed with the Addicks and made his profesional  debut in League One against Cheltenham Town. Before joining the City squad, he spent time on loan with National League South side Weston-super-Mare.
