Club welcome new Commercial Lead.

Oxford City FC are delighted to announce that Kelly Whitehead has joined the club as our new Commercial Lead.

Kelly has a fantastic pedigree after working behind the scenes at BBC Radio 1and 1Xtra and then spending 17 years in PR, Communications and Engagement roles within the NHS. She also has strong connections to the club having grown up locally, as she told us.

“I’ve been watching Oxford City grow every year both commercially and in the community and I am genuinely excited to be asked to come and help the team behind the scenes here. My husband played for the club, my kids both play grassroots football and it’s a club that means so much to all of us.

“My role will continue to help build of the fantastic work with local businesses. Continuing to showcase and promote opportunities for involvement across all teams which include our men’s women’s, junior and youth sides as well as everything else we do at the club!”

“We are so excited to welcome Kelly in to her new role. She brings so much experience and enthusiasm and has already fitted in superbly. Any football club relies on its commercial revenue and partnerships and with Kelly working alongside Chris Williams, as Head of Partnerships, we believe we are in very safe hands.”
