Oxford football legend receives two sponsorships.

The news that Matty Taylor has signed for Oxford City for another season was welcomed by supporters and meant that his sponsorship packages for the new season were sold remarkably quickly. 

Matty, an Oxford football legend, scored five goals in seven appearances during City’s incredible finish to the season and will be hoping to be among the goal again this season as City look to continue that momentum. 

We are pleased to announce that both Matty’s Business and FAmily Sponsorships have been snapped up for the coming season with Avalon Pool Cover Services and the Michael Family continuing their association with the club. 

Avalon Pool Cover Services are a local business who provide high quality pool covers with exceptional service. Working with internationally famous brands, Avalon boss Joe Bennett is a long-time supporter of football in Oxford and told us: 

“It’s a pleasure to be involved and get behind both Matty and Oxford City this season. On a business level it works for us because City have such strong links with the business network across Oxfordshire, but my young family have grown up watching Matty score goals and we look forward to seeing that continue next season.” 

The Michael family have similar connections to the club and told us 

“It’s great that the club offers these two opportunities. We loved being involved as Matty’s sponsors last season and it’s great news that he will be here again.”

Matty’s sponsorship follows the news that Jonny Maxted’s Family sponsorship has been taken up but his Business Sponsorship is still available. There is still time to get behind City and sponsor players fro our Men’s and Women’s sides.
