Kie, 18, joined the U’s as a scholar having already played senior football for Camberley Town.

Over the last two years he has stepped up to become United's under 21s goalkeeper and has appeared on the bench in the First Team as cover for Simon Eastwood and former Hoop Jack Stephens.

Plumley goes straight into the team to face Eastbourne Borough this afternoon.
