Goalkeeper returns to parent club after injury.

Oxford City can confirm that Goalkeeper Sam Lewis has been recalled by parent club Aston Villa to receive treatment on an injury sustained during his loan spell.

We'd like to thank Sam for his efforts whilst with the club and we wish him the best with his recovery.

Sam went on to make twenty appearances for City over two separate loan spells and returns to Villa with the best wishes of everyone at the club.
