Westendorf Targets Trophy Progress
PREVIEW Isaac Chats to the Digital Matchday Programme

Oxford City look to turn progress in the league into success in the ISUZU FA Trophy on Saturday when they welcome Peterborough Sports to the MGroup Stadium (3pm)
“We can take massive plusses from the last two games and the way we played . We can't take two steps forward then one step back, we’ve got to keep going. That's the aim now” forward Isaac Westendorf told the match programme this week
“We had a run of games where we were playing well but not getting results. Thankfully that changed in the last two matches but it is so important to keep reminding yourself how good you are as players, because we know the quality of this squad.
"In the first 5 games we played really well and maybe the results weren’t there. It's just about sticking together and it will turn for you".
Isaac has quickly become a huge favourite with the City fans and that’s something that keeps pushing the 24-year-old onwards:
“Yes, I see the love and that is what we play the game for. The fans push me so much, drive me to do well for them. The reason that I play is for those fans but also for the people who do so much: Phil the Kitman, the staff behind the scenes. People working in reception, Jordan, Andy Ballard, The Gaffer: everyone.
"It’s a fantastic club and those are the people we want to win for.”
