Young attacker signs new deal to stay at City for upcoming season.


Oxford City Football Club can confirm that Emily Harris has re-signed for the Hoops for the upcoming 2025/26 season.


The young winger, who came through the Velocity Football programme at the club, has made a name for herself in recent seasons, scoring plenty of important goals for the side during their successful cup runs.


With bags of energy, pace and talent she has become a firm fan favourite and the news of her re-signing will be warmly welcomed by many Hoops supporters.


Having come through the Velocity programme, Harris is the epitome of player development here at Oxford City and shows how successful our Velocity Football programme is.


Harris said: "I'm excited to sign the contract again.


"There's a lot the club can offer here at Oxford City. There's great facilities and it's a great group of girls to play with.


"It's like a family here."


Manager Lyon Theoharous said: "Some hard work and top performances from last year made this decision quite easy.


"Emily will bring something different and give us all something to think about."
