Oxford City U12 girls excel on National stage
From C League to National Finals in just over a year.
Oxford City Football Club U12 Girls are now considered one of the top four sides in the country after progressing to the semi-finals of the One Tournament National Finals.
At the beginning of the last year, the girls were playing in the C League of grassroots Oxfordshire football.
They have now progressed to competing in the JPL for the 2025/26 season.
Earlier in the month, the squad took part in the Southampton Regional One Tournament and came out as the U12 winners.
This meant they qualified for the One Tournament National Finals where they drew four games and beat RS Lionesses. They lost their semi-final to the eventual winners of the competition.
Coach, Alex/Owen Cawley said: "
