Centre-half joins on loan from Charlton Athletic.

Oxford City are delighted to announce the signing of Seydil Toure on loan from Sky Bet League One side Charlton Athletic

The defender, who can represent both the Czech Republic & Senegal, has been with the Addicks since the age of eight and has progressed through the youth ranks at the Valley, before signing professional terms in July 2022.

He now links up with fellow Charlton loanee Jacob Roddy at the club, and could make his professional debut in this afternoon’s Vanarama National League clash with Dorking Wanderers.

Ross Jenkins said: “Seydil is a player I’ve watched for some time.

“He shows maturity on the pitch and has solid leadership qualities. He’s a hard worker and we’re looking forward to working with him and see him develop further with us.”
