FAQ's

  • What time do the turnstiles open?

Our turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off. However, the 1882 Bar is open earlier for supporters that want to watch the early Premier League kick-off on TV.

  • Can I pay by card?

Yes! We accept both cash and card payments all over the ground (and even Bitcoin payments via the lightning network).

  • Are there disabled facilities?

Yes. We have designated disabled seats at the front of the Wallers Stand and Macron Stand as well as other areas in the stadium.

If you require a carer to accompany you to a game, they are entitled to free admission. To secure this, you'll need to ring/email the club to get your ticket and bring a form of ID to the game.

  • Can I get a birthday or celebration message announced at a match?

Absolutley! Contact the club and we'll sort it for you!

  • How can my child/team be a mascot or do the Guard of Honour at a match?

Again, contact us. We can offer various packages for local teams, schools or individuals.

  • How old do I have to be to attend a match on my own?

As a community club, we welcome children of all ages into the stadium. However, any children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Can I bring a flag or banner into the stadium on matchday?

Of course, but we do ask that no banners cover any of our partner's advertising boards, pose any danger to fans, staff or officials or disturb any other fans' viewing experience (like distasteful messaging & images).

  • Do you have a printed programme and where can I buy one?

We still print our matchday programmes and you can pick up a copy for £3 at our club shop, located to the left of our turnstiles.

  • Can I bring my dog to the stadium?

Unfortunatley not! We do allow access for service dogs though.
