Oxford City Women play in step 5 of the women's football pyramid in the Southern Regional Women's Football League.


The team train at the MGroup Stadium with access to our gym and state of the art 3G pitches.


Our Women's first team finished fourth in the SRWFL this season and won the the Oxfordshire Women's Cup Final this season, reaching the Chairman's Cup Final also.


In order to source the best possible candidate, there are two job descriptions that candidates can apply for, depending on which structure suits or appeals to them best.


The first of which is a part-time role, which solely includes the management of our women's first team.


The second is a full-time role, that incorporates a coaching role with our sister company Ignite Sport as a coach, as well as the management of our women's first team.


The ideal candidate must hold a minimum UEFA A or UEFA ‘B’ Licence.


How to apply / The application process 

 

Stage 1: Please send a video introduction on WhatsApp of no longer than 2 minutes to 07880 190 595. 

 

The introduction video should explain why you would be ideal to lead the women’s programme. 

 

Stage 2: Successful candidates will be asked to complete a short task.  

 

Stage 3: Successful candidates will be invited to interview. 

 

Timeline 

 

Videos should be submitted by 5pm on Monday 19th May. 

 

Interviews will take place in person from Tuesday 20th to Friday 23rd May.
